Terms of Use

1. The service

Trexiio provides an AI-assisted website builder, hosting for published sites, multilingual translation, online ordering, table and appointment bookings, lead capture, payment collection through Stripe, and an SEO optimization center. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan (Free, Starter, Pro).

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. Fees are shown in your dashboard before checkout and renew automatically until cancelled.

You may cancel at any time from your subscription settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.

We may change pricing with at least 30 days notice. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Trexiio to publish or distribute content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, deceptive, or that facilitates fraud.

You may not interfere with the service, attempt to bypass rate limits or security, scrape data without permission, or use the AI features to generate content that violates third-party rights.

You may not impersonate another business or person, or use Trexiio to send unsolicited bulk communication (spam).

5. Your content

You retain all rights to the business information, images, menus, and other content you upload or generate. You grant Trexiio a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display, translate, and process your content solely to operate the service for you.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your content (including AI-generated text, images, and translations) complies with applicable laws and third-party rights before publishing.

6. AI-generated content

The AI builder, translations, and SEO recommendations are produced by automated systems and may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before it appears on your live site.

7. Payments collected by site owners

When you accept payments from your customers through Stripe Connect, you are the merchant of record. You are responsible for your tax obligations, refunds, chargebacks, and customer service related to those transactions. Trexiio is not party to those sales.

8. Visitor data on your sites

Where you collect personal data from visitors (orders, bookings, leads), you act as the data controller for that data and you must publish your own privacy notice, lawful basis, and contact details on your site.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform, or expose Trexiio to legal risk. You may delete your account at any time from settings.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trexiio disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific business results from using the platform.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trexiio's aggregate liability arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid to Trexiio in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Trexiio against claims arising from your content, your use of the service in breach of these terms, or your relationship with your customers.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Trexiio Inc. is established, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be brought before the competent courts of that jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
