The Trexiio platform is hosted on Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) and uses Supabase (Supabase Inc.) for database and authentication services.

4. Intellectual property

The Trexiio name, brand, logo, software, design system, templates, and underlying technology are the exclusive property of Trexiio Inc. or its licensors. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Content published by site owners through Trexiio remains the property of those owners; Trexiio holds only the licence required to operate the service.

5. Liability

Trexiio uses commercially reasonable efforts to keep the platform available and secure but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Trexiio is not responsible for the content published by site owners on their Trexiio-hosted websites; complaints about such content should be addressed to the relevant site owner first.
